Mindfulness for leaders course

Organizations seek our Mindfulness training to boost wellbeing and productivity. Research indicates that this training improves key leadership qualities such as empathy, resilience, collaboration, and agility in complex situations (Reitz & Chaskelson, 2016). Mindfulness for Leaders is a six-week course that enhances focus and presentness, enabling intentional and thoughtful responses to challenging situations and people.

Mindfulness for Leaders is a six-week evidence-based course for developing our focus and our ability to be present so we can respond to complex situations and people more skilfully. It is about moving out of habitual, automatic and reactive behaviours and into intentional and considered ones.

The course includes:

  • 6x weekly 90mins sessions via Zoom

  • 6x weekly emails with reminders of the content/prompts for learning

  • A set of audio guided meditations

  • Contact with tutor in between sessions
