Our model
Drawing from 3 1⁄2 years of research and 8 years of nurturing leaders, our Founder, Ruth
Farenga, has crafted nine indispensable lessons that form the bedrock of our programme
structure. These lessons serve as our guiding principles, enabling us to diagnose strengths,
identify areas for development, and construct and assess transformative programmes.
These lessons are explained in detail, in her bestselling, award finalist book, Next Level Leadership.
